Imtech Inviron, the technical facilities-management division of Imtech, has secured two major 3-year contracts. They are for the combined 28 floors of City Tower and City Place House (pictured) in central London and for all the main campuses of Derby College

The London contract will have a team of six engineers permanently based on site to undertake the planned preventative and reactive maintenance to the M&E and public-health services.

There will also be resident engineers at Derby College delivering services that include the maintenance of specialist services such as fume cupboards, kilns, local exhaust ventilation and compressed-air systems.

Sean Finnegan, business manager for Imtech Inviron’s derby regional office, said, ‘This is an important win for the business. It underlines our strength in delivering services within the education sector, complementing our existing portfolio in this region that includes Joseph Chamberlain College in Birmingham, the University of Lincoln and Nottingham Trent University.’
