Greater application flexibility — new indoor units for Mitsubishi Electric’s City Multi air-conditioning line-up.

More indoor units add to versatility of City Multi air-conditioning range
Published:  October 2006

Mitsubishi Electric has increased the flexibility of its City Multi range of air-conditioning systems with three new ranges of indoor units. These new units are designed for hotels, buildings with limited ceiling voids or where a floor-mounted model is preferred. They use R410A

The slim ducted range is only 200 mm deep and comprises six models to deliver 2 to 6 kW of cooling. They have integral drain pumps, provide up to 50 kPa of static pressure and noise levels as low as 22 dB(A).

The three models in the ceiling-concealed range offer 2 to 3.5 kW of cooling. Noise levels are 22 dB(A) (NR20). They can link to a key-card system such as those used in hotels.

The four floor-standing units have top discharge for cooling or floor level for heating. They deliver 2 to 4 kW of cooling and come with a auto-swing vane to provide more natural and comfortable air movement in the room.
