Stokvis piles on the pressure

Stokvis has enlarged its range of pressurisation units for heating and chilled-water systems.

Stokvis Energy Systems has increased its range of automatic and self-contained pressurisation units for closed-loop heating or chilled-water systems.

Econopress PU131 and PU151 units offer 3 and 5 bar, respectively. These chassis-mounted units have a single-phase bronze pump, pressure switch, pressure-regulating valve, 18 litre polypropylene break tank and a base of mild steel with zinc plating and treatment to reduce chemical activity.

Suction pipework is 32 mm of PVC-u plastic. Discharge pipe is 1/2 in BSP galvanised steel. A non-return valve and pressure-regulating valve are also included.

Options include pre-assembled high- and low-pressure switches for boiler and chiller control interface. a free-standing expansion vessel, wall-mounting brackets and buffer vessel.
