The latest version of Primata prewired lighting trunking from Thorn Lighting is easier to install. It is shown here with a twin IP60 industrial optic.

Thorn Lighting has introduced a new version of its Primata pre-wired trunking system for lighting.

To make it easier to install, Primata II has a tool-free ‘snap-on and turn’ mounting system that provides instant electrical connection.

The array of luminaires, optics and accessories has also been extended. There is now an IP60 industrial optic, angle connectors and modules with integrated presence detectors and track. There is also a wider range of fluorescent-lamp options (T5 or T8) and choice of wiring configurations (up to nine poles for mains power supply, dimming and emergency operation).

This continuous-row lighting system is available in modular lengths from 1.2 to 4.6 m for surface mounting or suspension by rods, wires or chains.
