Boilers incorporate landlord-helpful features
Published: May 2007
Vokera’s Linea HE boiler is targeted at property developers. It has a SEDBUK A rating and running costs up to 35% less than a conventional boiler. Controls include weather compensation and Autostop to revert the boiler to standby mode if it has not been serviced within a predefined time. This servicing feature is particularly for landlords of rented accommodation to ensure that access is given for the boiler to be serviced. Temperatures for heating and hot water can be permanently set so as, for example, to avoid scalding vulnerable people. These boilers are designed for easy installation and come with a pre-fixing jig, built-in filling loop and built-in frost protection. An analogue pressure gauge enables the boiler to be filled before the electricity supply has been connected. Flues can be up to 50 m long. Related articles: |
