Faced with having to cancel a wedding reception when the temperature pressure relief valve in its H&V system cut out, a large Devon hotel eventually managed to source a valve from the Bristol branch of WF Electrical, having failed to find another supplier that could deliver that day. The part was delivered by motorcycle courier so that services could be restored, including catering facilities.
