PIR occupancy switches simplify energy saving
Published: March 2008
Danlers’ comprehensive range of passive infra-red occupancy switches for automatic lighting control include the popular ceiling flush-mounted version. These products are easy to install, using existing wiring. The PIR occupancy sensor brings the load on when a person is present, thus reducing energy bills. Each model in the range includes an adjustable photo-cell over-ride, adjustable time lag before switch-off and a relay for switching up to 6 A (1500 W) of any type of load, including fluorescent lighting. They can be used in offices, factories, warehouses, schools, hospitals, accommodation blocks etc. For more information on this story, click here: March 08, 161 Related articles: |
