Presence control of cooling units

Simple control of cooling units in a room using presence detection is provided by a PIR thermostat from Danlers. If someone is in the room, the cooling unit is turned on to achieve the selected thermostat setting. When no-one is present, the temperature is allowed to rise to a preset maximum.
