Published: November 2008
Equipment for the heating system of the extension to the Tank Museum at Bovington has been supplied by the Bournemouth branch of BSS Industrial. The project is funded by £16 million from the National Lottery. The equipment supplied included gas-fired and hot-water boilers. booster sets, pressurisation units, circulating pumps, pipework, fittings, valves and dry riser equipment. It was installed by Wessex Building Services and is expected to attract more visitors to the centre and increase support for its research centre, which is used by local schools and academics from all over the UK.
