Danfoss Randall introduces RF programmable room thermostat
Published:  May 2009
Danfoss Randall

This wireless programmable room thermostat from Danfoss Randall can be used with condensing boilers.

Danfoss Randall’s TP4000 RF wireless programmable room thermostat can be used with combination boilers to provide the same control schedule of room temperature each day.

These wall-mounted units have all the features of the popular TP4000 wired controlled. They have a range of up to 30 m to a hard-wired RX1 receiver (illustrated) located near the boiler or other appropriate control component.

They have a large LCD panel and are battery operated. When replacing existing thermostats, only 2-wire connection is required.

Up to six changes of room temperature can be set each day, and regular settings can be over-ridden on or off until the next programmed change.

There is an adjustable frost-protection feature.
