Consulting engineers Henderson Green chose Raychem’s HWAT trace-heating system to maintain the temperature of domestic hot water in its new offices at Carlton Crescent in Southampton (pictured).

This self-regulating trace-heating system maintains water temperature in the single-pipe system at a constant 55°C without the need for secondary recirculation plumbing and is also said to be more energy efficient.

Jointing Technologies, a distributor partner of Tyco Thermal, supplied and installed the system.
