Titon heat-recovery ventilation units have been installed in a stylish new apartment development in Bristol to help achieve level 2 of the Code for sustainable homes. HRV1 Q Plus units were specified for the Linden Homes Zenith development of 67 apartments at Crews Hole Road in the St George district of the city. The units are installed in the hallways of the apartments.

These units are said to be the most efficient whole-house ventilation units with heat recovery of their type and size in the UK. They have been independently tested by the Building Research Establishment and are compliant with Energy Saving Trust best practice.

Thee units measure just 600 x 430 x 295 mm, making them particularly suitable for applications such as apartments where space is at a premium. They have been installed in 16 plots of this development.
