Shepherd FM is now responsible for technical services and building maintenance of the headquarters of Standard Chartered Plc in London. During the selection process, the Shepherd FM team demonstrated a significant capability for delivering high-quality technical facilities-management services and also an empathy with the culture and values of Standard Chartered.

Noel Clancy, managing director of Shepherd FM, said, ‘We recognised early on in the process that Standard Chartered Bank was looking for a people-focused business.
