Syntegra Consulting introduces commercial EPC service

Syntegra Consulting has introduced an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) service for any type of commercial building across the UK. The company is based in London and Reading and employs a nationwide team of qualified commercial energy assessors to undertake surveys. The launch of the service follows a survey that highlights that only 28% of commercial properties marketed for sale or lease have the legally required EPC. Since January 2009, all commercial property for sale or let has required a commercial EPC prior to it being marketed. New commercial buildings are also required to have an EPC. Syntegra’s new service is combined with a report on how the property’s energy efficiency can be improved and what rating can then be achieved.
