One of the most luxurious new living spaces in the UK is being fitted out by building-services engineers J. S. Wright. The £2.5 million deal with joint-venture partners Galliard Homes and Frogmore Real Estate Partners II is to equip Marconi House on the Strand in London. The building is owned by Strand Developments and includes 86 high-specification apartments and penthouses, with access to an adjoining 5-star hotel.

The work by J. S. Wright includes designing and supplying cooling and ventilation plant with heat recovery, hot- and cold-water services and above-ground drainage. The project is due for completion in August 2011.
