The Ark in London is one of two retained and expanded contracts won by NG Bailey’s facilities-services division.

The facilities-services division of NG Bailey has retained and expanded two major contracts, worth over £400 000 a year. These latest contracts follow on from new contracts totalling £22 million announced in January.

One of the new contracts is for The Ark, a prominent office building in London. The other is for Aviation Training International, a training service for Army personnel at purpose-built training centres in the UK.

NG Bailey will provide preventative and energy-focused maintenance to each of the sites.

Stuart Linington, managing director of the facilities-management division, says, ‘We pride ourselves on our ability to maintain existing contracts, and this is a great example of how our exceptional level of service and reliability has combined to ensure that we remain the preferred service partner.’
