Marco specified for major regeneration scheme

Marco Cable Management, cable tray
Representing new market opportunities for Marco Cable Management is this major regeneration scheme in Liverpool.

Marco’s steel-wire cable tray was specified for a major regeneration scheme in Liverpool. A&B Engineering has utilised the company’s products across the M&E installation at the £25 million new-build scheme in Stockbridge Village, Knowsley, where a huge education, leisure and community complex is being created by Knowsley Council.

The development includes a primary school, 20 m swimming pool, state-of-the-art gym and police access point.

The scheme is on the former Heatwaves Leisure Centre site, which was completely demolished to make way for the development. Also included in the complex will be a children’s and family centre, multi-use games area, sports hall and a supermarket.

Hannah Chinery of Marco Cable Management says, ‘We are continuing to see our products specified for a broader spectrum of projects aside from our core stable of health- and education-led developments. It’s great to see interest in our products increasing and see how specifiers are recognising their suitability for a wide range of project types.
