All-in-one sensor from Sontay reduces costs

BMS, controls, Sontay, Sensor

Sontay has introduced a sensor that can measure carbon dioxide, air quality, relative humidity and temperature — all with the one sensor. The CS-CO2-AQ-RHT sensor offers long-term stability and accuracy for all measured parameters. Available for wall or duct mounting, these sensors have up to three analogue outputs to supply signals to a building control system. They also have an LCD display for real-time measurement, as well as an optional Modbus output.

Air quality is monitored using sensors for volatile organic compound.

These sensors have a new and aesthetically pleasing space housing with a low profile and curved fascia. It responds to a broad range of contaminants generated in office environments, such as ammonia and hydrogen sulphide. It also has high sensitivity to low concentrations of VOCs such as toluene, emitted from wood finishing and construction products.

As a commitment to customers and to demonstrate confidence in its products, Sontay has extended its warranty from two years to three.
