Energy-efficient operation for Exhausto’s VEX100 range of air-handling units is achieved using a crossflow plate heat exchanger.

Air-handling units from Exhausto include heat recovery
Published:  June 2004

Five models of heat-recovery air-handling units from Exhausto cover airflows from 400 to 7700 m3/h. Units in the VEX100 range are compact in size so that they can be sited virtually anywhere. The largest unit has a footprint of just 2.7 m2.

Heat recovery is achieved using a crossflow plate heat exchanger, so there is no contact between exhaust air and incoming air.

The two smaller models are offered in horizontal and vertical versions. The largest unit is in horizontal format only.

The built-in control system uses an open LonWorks protocol. Controls are pre-configured and commissioned. All units are supplied with installation and user manuals.
