Schwank, which specialises in gas-fired infra-red heaters for industrial and commercial buildings, stresses the benefits of installing the correct control systems when investing in heating technology. The company’s energy-saving ThermoControl Plus M range of controllers, for example, can be integrated into an existing building-management system or used as a standalone solution. Used with energy-efficient radiant heaters, significant savings can be made.
These controllers are compatible with single-stage, 2-stage (8% energy saving) and fully modulating (up to 15% energy saving) heating systems. Integrated switch-on optimisation minimises operating times.
