Fernox launches commercial filter

Frenox, water treatment, magnet filter, filter

The Fernox TF1 Delta filter has been designed to protect vital and expensive components in large-volume low-temperature commercial heating and cooling systems. It has three methods of filtration to achieve an efficient, effective and well protected system. They are magnetic, hydrocyclonic and automatic or manual de-aeration.

These filters can be fitting into 2 in pipework and onto larger sizes using a bypass.

Magnetic filtration is based on a neodymium magnet rated for high temperatures. System water is fed to the magnet via the hydrocyclonic action created by the design of the filter.

The filter is made from high-quality nickel-plated brass allow and comes with all necessary valves and brackets. It comes with all necessary valves and brackets and can be installed horizontally or vertically in four orientations.

Applications include zoned or cascade systems incorporating a low-loss header or plate heat exchanger.
