Compact control valve maintains flow rate against changes in differential pressure

Frese’s Sigma Compact valves is available in sizes from DN15 to DN50 and can be used in variable-flow and constant-flow systems instead of traditional double-regulating valves.

These valves can be set to the required position using the handwheel to limit the flow in certain parts of the system, eradicating excessive flow rates and the resulting waste of energy.

The internal differential-pressure-control function ensure that the set flow rate is limited regardless of fluctuations in differential pressure.

Once the valve has been set to the desired flow rate, the handwheel can be locked into position. From this locked position, the valve can be fully closed for isolation purposes and easily re-opened back to the required set point.
