Siemens actuators are 40 years backwards compatible

Siemens Building Technologies, actuator,valve, control

Acvatix actuators from Siemens Building Technologies for short-stroke valves have been designed for easy installation and robust performance. These additions to the Acvatix range offer a high positioning force and short running times. They have a multi-function manual adjuster and an easy-to-read operating-status indicator.

The valve/actuator combination has a push-in cage terminal and generous connection space to provide for easy and secure installation, as well as tool-free operation and maintenance in the long term.

An LED display indicates operating status, and a positioning indicator around the manual adjuster makes it easy to see from a distance how wide the valve is open.

Simplified sizing and selection makes it possible to take a flexible approach. For example, the optimised product design enables installers to use a 3-port valve for mixing or diverting — making product selection much easier.

Acvatix actuators can be fitted to any Siemens valve produced in the last 40 years.
