Nuaire launches new residential range of ventilation products

Nuaire’s Q-Aire ventilation system is designed for the new-build residential market. It consists of three new products to deliver energy-efficient ventilation and good indoor air quality.

1Z (pictured) is an all-in-one acoustic enclosure that enables the ducting and an MVHR (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery) unit to be entirely encased in an aesthetic unit that reduces noise and vibration. The acoustic enclosure provides the solution to the problem of under-sized ventilation units running at high duties in properties where limited space is an issue.

Next is the Q-Aire carbon filter, enabling Nuaire to offer a complete ducting solution that refines traditional filtration and helps to reduce noise in ducting. These filters are available in two sizes — 40 and 100 l/s. They are available with an optional PM10 filter for increased filtration.

Finally, Q-Aire valves is a series of three supply and extract valves that can help solve common problems with MVHR commissioning, balancing and performance. There are three versions: standard supply and extract; filtered extract; and filters extract with integral humidistat.

Wendy Thomas, Nuaire’s residential product manager, says, ‘These new products illustrate our constant thinking behind improving ventilation systems in the new-build sector and show the ability we have to return to the market with enhancements on a regular basis.’
