Originally built in the 1930s for the department store Lewis’, the building has been a significant landmark in Leeds. The refurbished building will house three floors of retail space and a further four floors of office space. A further six individual office units will be built on the roof.
The SES team will install traditional services for this project, including roof-top plant equipment, sprinkler systems and ancillary services, as well as intelligent lighting, high- and low-voltage installations and feature lighting.
