Focus SB adds to its customer services

Wiring-accessory manufacturer Focus SB has added a new service to its web site. It enables customers to view the stock levels of its top 16 product lines so that they can see what is readily available for next-day delivery. The data is updated every 30 minutes and includes product code, product description and stock levels. Roger Kemp, managing director, says, ‘Our recent independent customer survey has shown high levels of customer satisfaction, both in terms of product quality and customer service. ‘Clearly, our clients appreciate our fast delivers and customer support, along with our ability to add new services, which will enable them to be even more responsive to the needs of their customers. By providing immediate access to stock levels on our most popular lines, we can give our clients the information they need to be able to deliver a faster response to customer queries.’ |
