3 Hardman Square is designed by Foster + Partners. It is a 10-storey of 17 000 m2 and occupied by Halliwells, one of the UK’s most expansive legal practices.
Most floors are mainly open plan, but with cellular offices around the perimeter. They have presence-based lighting controls with corridor hold functions. The cellular offices have daylight linking to dim or switch off lights in response to daylight penetration.
4 Hardman Square is a 5-storey 5000 m2 headquarters-style building and has two tenants — business and financial adviser Grant Thornton and HSBC Bank.
For Grant Thornton, lighting control is presence based, with daylight linking of perimeter luminaires.
The HSBC fit-out required a switching scheme incorporating scene setting, AV interfaces and partition interfacing.
