Grundfos drives open-loop geothermal system

A Grundfos SP 60 borehole pump plays a key role in the open-loop geothermal system that provides heating and cooling for the £36 million refurbishment of St Martin-in-the-Field church in London’s Trafalgar Square. Grundfos worked with Raeburn Drilling & Geotechnical, which provided the heat-exchange system via two boreholes. The control panel of the pumps interfaces with the BMS.
