Condensing replacements for back boilers

Baxi Boilers, Bermuda, condensing boiler, back boiler

A condensing version of the Baxi Bermuda back boiler enables existing pipework to be used with minimal modification. The BBU HE room-sealed heat-only boiler takes combustion air from outside and vents exhaust gases up a fully sealed one-piece flexible concentric flue liner. Condensate is disposed of by pumping it through a small pipe. A special reusable ‘flue nose’ helps to guide the new flue system down the chimney.

The package includes a Valor Dimension electric fire with hologram technology to create a lifelike coal-effect fire. An entire system, include the electric fire, can be replaced in a single day.

These fully modulating boilers have an output of 15 kW and are over 90% efficient. They have a Class 5 NOx rating.
