Four Seasons Group expands by acquisition

The Four Seasons Group, which specialises in air conditioning, ventilation and building services, has acquired JCW Air Conditioning. The move boosts revenue by £12 million to over £25 million — making it one of the largest air-conditioning-led building-services organisations in the UK.

The Four Seasons Group employs 200 staff across the UK. Its client list includes WH Smith, Ladbrokes, Nationwide Building Society, Waterstones, Costa Coffee, University of Bristol, BBC Wales, MoD, Boots and Carphone Warehouse.
