The next stage of avoiding wasted water

Cistermiser, Sensazone

By isolating the water supply to a washroom when it is not in use, Cistermiser’s Sensazone achieves BREEAM Wat 4 credit and reduces the waste of water caused by defective taps and WC filling mechanisms. A Sensazone sensor is quick and easy to fit and can control several solenoid valves pipes carrying hot water, cold water and grey water. A single dribbling WC cistern valve can cost over £183 a year, and the risk of flooding during vacant periods is prevented.

The sensors detect motion, and if none is detected for a preset time of 15 to 30 minutes, the water supply to the area is isolated. A flashing green LED indicates that valve(s) are open. If the washroom has not been used for 12 h, Sensazone automatically completes a hygienic rinse function/flush cycle.
