Titon delivers energy-efficient ventilation for affordable homes

Titon, whole house ventilation
All homes in this development in Enfield feature energy-efficient heat-recovery ventilation using Titon whole-house heat-recovery units.

Whole-house ventilation units from Titon have helped a development of 123 affordable homes in Enfield achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. HRV1 Q Plus units were installed in the Kitewood Estates development by SJD Mechanical Services.

Despite its small size (600 x 430 x 285 mm) these units are suitable for homes with a kitchen and up to five additional wet rooms. They are predominantly aimed at applications were space is at a premium, such as flats.

These units also help to maximise performance via SAP Appending Q, having a very low power consumption and a heat exchanger that is up to 91% efficient.
