Natural-convection and fan-assisted trench heaters

trench heating
Trench heating made by German company Emco is now available in the UK through Ability Projects.
The Emco Therm range of trench heaters are now available in the UK from Ability Projects. Three models are initially available. One offers natural convection with outputs from 209 to 436 W/m, and two provide fan-assisted convection with outputs from 383 to 1800 W/m. The natural-convection K types have a 106 mm-high casing and 2-, 4- or 6-pipe heat-exchanger elements set in steel retainers. They are supplied with linear or roll-down grilles and lengths from 950 to 4840 mm. Type KG has a radial fan at the end of the unit with an air-distribution duct running parallel to the convector heat-exchange elements. It can be operated as a constant- or 3-speed unit, and comes in lengths from 1550 to 4250 mm. The KEL is similar to the KG, but has a tangential fan.
