Beeston Heating is looking to a new future following a management buyout by Keith Steven, who has been appointed chairman, and Peter Nears, sales and marketing director.

The company has been in commercial heating for 110 years and will continue to be based in Derbyshire.

Backing has been provided by KSA Structured Capital.

Keith Lucas says, ‘We are delighted to be the new owners of such a great brand. Beeston has been a major influence in the commercial-heating industry over many years, and we intend to extend that influence further by providing innovative, high-quality, energy-efficient products to a changing market.

‘As engineers with considerable experience in our field, we believe we will be able to bring creative and effective solutions to our customers.’
