Ferroli brings modern heating to historic house
Published: July 2006
hree oil-fired Ferroli cast-iron boilers have been installed as part of a £5 million refurbishment at an historic manor house in Brighton. Once complete, the renovation of the eighteenth-century Stanmer House will provide a venue for weddings, conferences and corporate events. The 6-section boilers provide a maximum output of over 300 kW and are installed in the existing plant room, which was redesigned and updated by consulting engineers Pasion Star of Worthing. Jackson Plumbing & Heating installed the boilers in a modular configuration. When the required temperature is reached, the boilers are switched off in sequence. Related articles: |
