SAV simplifies installation of prestigious residential air conditioning systems

SAV
SAV’s commissioning modules have played an important role in simplifying the installation and commissioning of fan-coil units providing comfort cooling in this prestigious residential development in London.
The installation and commissioning of air-conditioning using fan-coil units in a luxurious residential development in London was considerably simplified using SAV commissioning modules. Grosvenor Waterside comprises a range of superb apartments in three blocks. Each block is the work of a different architect. All the apartments and penthouses have underfloor heating. They are air conditioned by 2-pipe fan-coil units in internal bulkheads. Each apartment has a dedicated commissioning module in the ceiling void of the corridor outside. They serve an average of three FCUs, which are connected using flexible pipes. Axima, mechanical contractor for the project, found that commissioning and balancing for each apartment was much quicker from the modules than it would have been at the individual FCUs.
