The presentation of the platinum SKILLcard was made during a recent meeting in the House of Commons of the All-Party Parliamentary Building Services Engineering Group.

Mr Nazha is 28 and has a BEng degree from the University of Westminster.

Engineering Services SKILLcard was launched in September 2001 as a successor to the UK Register of HVACR Operatives and is affiliated to the pan-industry Construction Skills Certification Scheme.
