SAV improves its fast-fit MonoLink range of commissioning modules

SAV MonoLink modules combine everything needed for flushing and commissioning systems containing fan-coil units.

SAV Modules has made improvements to its popular MonoLink commissioning module.

These modules provide specifiers who prefer a traditional approach to the distribution arrangements for fan-coil units the option of a compact connection system that can drastically reduce installation and commissioning time.

A prepackaged assembly combines all the components for flushing and commissioning the system into a compact unit. The FritraCim combined ball valve and strainer on the flow side enables debris to be cleared out without having to drain the fan-coil unit.

Binder points and air vents can be incorporated as required.

The patented design now has a single casting for the crossover/bypass section, reducing the number of joints.

Installation of these modules requires only four connections, using simple union joints that can be assembled in situ.

The FAR connection system makes it possible to use MonoLink units with virtually any type of combination of pipe ó copper, stainless steel or more flexible plastic and composite pipes such as AluPEX in 16 and 20 mm sizes.

The new single-casting bypass is incorporated in all ML 530 MonoLink modules, including those fitted with double-regulating valves or differential-pressure control valves.
