Merger brings together expertise in air hygiene and water treatment

Jasun Filtration and Envirocare Services have joined forces to meet all needs for commercial air hygiene and water treatment. The new company is called Jasun Envirocare Plc. The merged company has a combined workforce of some 110 employees based at three sites in Bridgwater and one in Waterlooville.

The company’s products and services have applications across a diverse and wide range of sectors.

Company director Colin Hitch, said, ‘We are delighted that the merger has enabled us to strengthen our in-house expertise, consolidating our position at the forefront of innovation in the commercial air-hygiene and water-treatment needs. As a UK-based and owned company, Jasun Envirocare is able to provide its customers with an improved “one-stop shop” for filter supply, distribution and installation.’
