Local heating and hot water from central plant

Self-contained metered hot water and heating for flats and apartments served by central boiler plant is provided by Modusat units from Geminox.

Designed to provide flats and apartments with independent fast-recovery hot water and high-efficiency heating is the Modusat package from Geminox.

A Modusat unit is served by hot water from central boiler plant and consists of a fast-recovery hot-water tank, hydraulic header and pump and mixing valve for the heating. They do not require a fuel supply, flue or ventilation.

There is also an energy meter to provide a total billing solution for the energy used for each flat or apartment.

Everything is built into a wall-hung case. The stainless-steel water tanks have a capacity of 50, 75 or 150 litres.
