BBES completes major project in Plymouth

Balfour Beatty Engineering Services has completed installing mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for the new Plymouth Life Centre. The project includes sustainable and innovative measures such as a biomass boiler, rainwater harvesting, thermal wheels, PIR sensors for automatically switching lights on and off, exterior photocells and a building-management system.
