This development by Land Securities is designed by Atelier’s Jean Nouvel and comprises 52 000 m2. The development will include an extensive rooftop public space with spectacular views across St Paul’s and the wider City.
HVAC systems for office tenants are designed to offer a number of different air-conditioning solutions.
Work on the £500 million project, which was given detailed planning consent from the City Corporation of London in 2006, is expected to start on site this year.
