Two Vaillant wall-hung condensing boilers have replaced an old industrial boiler to provide heating and hot water for a private GP practice in London. Vaillant supplied two ecoMAX 65 kW boilers, a low-loss header, condensate pump and air and dirt separator for Chase lodge in Mill Hill. As well as traditional GP services, Chase Lodge provides X Rays, maternity services, a sports-injury clinic and an acute care hospital. Dr Sarah Lotzof, one of the GPs at the centre, says, ‘Our old industrial boiler was condemned because of problems with its flue. The new Vaillant boilers were installed, and they are fantastic. We have 20 rooms and need lots of hot water, as it is vital for our patients and staff alike. Now we have hot water on demand, and it’s warm and cosy in the winter.’ The equipment was specified by Haskey Plumbing and Butlers Plumbing & Heating Services. The boilers were installed by David Flint Plumbing Services.
