The £4.2 million M&E contract for a new hospital in Clackmannshire has been awarded to Balfour Kilpatrick.
Balfour Kilpatrick has been awarded a £4.5 million contract to design, supply and install mechanical and electrical services for a new community hospital by Robertson Capital Projects. This hospital in Clackmannshire is part of a new flagship development for the further enhancement of primary-care and community services in Forth Valley. Prefabricated modules will be utilised for general distribution and will comprise ductwork, electrical containment, heating, domestic hot water and sprinkler pipework. BK’s scheme of works is due for completion in late 2009.
