SES scoops six major education contracts

SES, Shepherd
The Grange Technical College in Bradford is one of six education projects for which SES is installing M&E Services.

SES has won six more contracts, together worth over £30 million, to install the M&E services in six schools as part of the ‘Building schools for the future’ programme. The company is working with a number of principal contractors — including Costain, Interserve and Carillion. The projects are in Bradford, Durham, Leeds and South Tyneside & Gateshead.

Peter Lewis, chief operating office for SES, says, ‘The education sector is of very great importance to us, so we’re delighted to have been awarded another six BSF schools.

SES will be responsible for installing complex heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, sprinkler, fire-alarm and CCTV systems to the six new schools. They are due to be completed between March and December 2010.
