Glasgow hospital gets royal treatment from Grundfos

As part of a £3.5 million infrastructure of Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Grundfos Pumps worked with local consultant Harley Haddow and contractor Taylor & Fraser to provide an improved M&E solution. The upgrades included revamping the hot-water solution to include energy-efficient A-rated Magna circulators and variable-speed twin-head TPED centrifugal pumps. There has been a hospital on this site for over 200 years. Ensuring that the water supply is constantly available to meet fluctuating needs are six bespoke Hydro booster sets.
